The gap
is the asset

Environmental programs are built on averages. Actual emissions vary by orders of magnitude. Seam makes that distance legible — at the resolution required for action.

Well Seam
Orphan well methane
Prioritising plugging programs by predicted actual emissions, not assumed averages
Milk Seam
Dairy cow methane
Predicting individual cow emissions via mid-infrared spectroscopy of routine milk samples
Wall Seam
Residential energy performance
Mapping the gap between EPC-rated and smart-meter-measured actual consumption
Ground Seam
MRV sensor infrastructure
Ground-truth emissions data meeting MRV, legal, and carbon credit issuance standards

Find the data asymmetry. Quantify it with rigour. Connect it to action.

Seam does not build software products. It builds the evidence base and measurement infrastructure that enables funding programs, credit markets, and policy instruments to function at higher resolution than they currently do.

We are not in a hurry. We are playing the long game — because the problems we are working on require it, and because the world we leave behind is worth the effort.

We are building domain relationships across all four strands. If the thesis makes sense to you — or if you see a gap we have missed — we would like to hear from you. We are not pitching. We are recruiting collaborators.
